A HOUSE OF CHARM IN PROVENCE
Situated in its own valley looking out over the vineyards.
You will find this charming house build in 1850, about 500 meters from the lovely village of Cotignac (83570)
There is a lovely terace to repose in the shade or the sun.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large covered terace for dining al fresco.
The house is built on three floors :
The kitchen is full equipped with : dish washer, electric cooking table & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc…Laundry machine in the laundryroom.
The kitchen is open onto the dining area
The living room, next to the dinning area is furnished with 2 very comfortable sofa .
3 bedrooms : 2 with double bed and 2 with twin beds, each bedrooms. (mosquito nets available)
There is also, one bath room, one shower room and 1 separate WC
Bed linnen and towels available.
Cleaning at the end of the stay: 60 €
Deposit: 1/3 de la location
Balance: 1 month before arrival.
750 to 1300€ / week depending on season
