Our holiday accommodation has an established 2 acre garden with childrens play area including a 4m trampoline and swimming pool and stunning views of cognac vines which you can happily walk through or miles of forest you can walk or take one of our bicycles and cycle through. We are set in a rural location yet conveniently just 10 mins drive from the cosmopollitan towns of Cognac and Saintes you will find daily fresh food market, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, boutiques qnd tourist attractions.


We have three large bedrooms, Oak, Pine and Acacia (all the rooms are named after trees we have in the garden) Oak is a perpously designed suite to suit a family of 4, two adults and two young children. Oak and Pine both with en-suite modern and spacious shower rooms are on the first floor. Bedroom Acacia is on the ground floor has a large walk in shower. All the rooms are furnished using a mixture of traditional French furniture and modern pieces so that each bedroom has a different feel and atmosphere.

The house is set in a large garden, a lovely quiet place nestled in-between vineyards and forest where you can wander about at your own leisure. There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs dotted all around so you can find a nice quiet spot to eat, sleep, play or read. An 8 x 4 metre swimming pool (open June - Sept) swings, badminton and football nets. There is also off street private parking for guests.
