a perfect place to recharge your batteries
The goal was to create five bedrooms with private bathrooms,
in a "country chic" and relaxing style, using as much as possible the original materials of the building (late 18th century).
In order not to distort the original style of this tower house
the ground floor of the house was used to create a living room.
The chestnut frame is clearly visible and highlighted thanks to the open volume and appropriate lighting.
Rooms with views of nature
Each room in the building has its own universe and has been designed to offer a view of the surrounding landscape. These spaces invite you to take a contemplative break.
Spacious and warm common rooms
The shared rooms have been designed as real communal living spaces.
You can cook, have lunch, relax around the wood stove. The two living spaces invite you to convivial or more intimate moments: lying on the sofa, sitting in front of the fire, at the window to admire the view (sea, mountains, nature), or around the collective table to play.

OUR MOTIVATION,
With 24 years of experience in organizing the Moita Cello Meetings
, we are residents of this beautiful village of Moita
We have created an eco-accommodation in the format "Albergo Diffuso"
. Our desire to offer accommodation based on meeting the inhabitants and promoting Corsican culture in all its forms is the basis of our wish.

This approach to quality and development of tourism responds to two converging challenges:
It reinforces a collective approach of service providers mobilized around the values (2 pork butcher processors, 2 beekeepers, 1 goat farmer, market gardeners, mountain guide, sculptor, etc.) and the marketing positioning of ecotourism.
It supports a sustainable development project in which tourism is central and potentially a generator of new resources.

NATURE OF THE OFFER and MARKETING POSITIONING
The objective is to be able to offer you an original, attractive and comfortable welcome, while respecting and safeguarding the cultural, rural and historical heritage while highlighting the potential and specificities of the "Pieve di a Serra" according to the principles of responsible and sustainable tourism.

The accommodation offer includes:
A main house A SCONTRA
1 Master suite of 45 m2 2 bedrooms, fireplace, toilet and bathroom
4 independent bedrooms with toilet and bathroom
A meeting space of almost 50 m2 in the main house where breakfasts will be served, 2 meals per week and will allow reception and exchanges.
5 rooms in the inhabitant's home (census to date).
In high season, the rental will only be by the week. In low season, a minimum of 3 days will be expected.

A meal package "discovery of Corsican gastronomy" will allow you to have 2 meals in the week promoting local producers and know-how for 50 (all inclusive)/meal/person.
