"Au 20 Bout-Sic" is located in the historic center of the city of Arles, a 10-minute walk from the SNCF station along the banks of the Rhône.
This small atypical duplex for 2 people, welcomes you in the city center, from the beginning of July to the end of August, in the art of its singularity. Housed on the ground floor and 1st floor of an old building, evolving through the eras, this 20m² duplex runs along a small pedestrian street and its private entrance is on another shopping street. Under its French ceiling, the ground floor consists of a kitchen fitted with all amenities and a “cocooning” lounge area. Upstairs, you will enjoy the discreetly brightened art deco bedroom, with its bathroom/WC.
