Here, for the duration of your stay, let's create a timeless space for you to settle down and relax alone, in pairs, with friends or in a group.

We welcome you all year round in rooms for 2 or 3 people, all equipped with a private bathroom and WC.

If you want to read, play, chat with other guests or watch television, a cozy lounge is at your disposal.

Breakfast and dinner are made from local products and concocted according to the season and Karine's desires.. They are served in the family dining room where we will be delighted to welcome you to discuss your day and tell you about our beautiful region over a drink and a good meal.

Pleasant furnished tourist accommodation, independent, facing the mountain, attached to our house. Ideally located in Mont Cantal.
You are close to Murat, a medieval village, ideal for doing your shopping, close to the Lioran resort for hiking or skiing, close to a multitude of places to visit or hikes.

The apartment has an area of 45m².
The bedroom is equipped with a 140x190 bed, a dressing room and an office.
The living room is equipped with a kitchen with electric stove and refrigerator, a dining area and a lounge area in which there is a 140x190 convertible BZ as well as a 2-seater sofa.
Breakfast is not included in the stay.
On request in advance, you can reserve a table d'hôte in our house "Au Cur Du Volcantal".

The few rules for a good stay:
Smoking is prohibited in accommodation and/or in common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Consumer products (paper towels, trash bags, coffee filter, etc.) and food products (coffee, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, etc.) are not provided.

Sheets and towels are not provided. They are available for rental.
Toilet paper is provided.
To do your shopping, you can place your order at the Intermarché Drive in Murat.

A security deposit of 200 is required with your rental contract before your arrival. (See contract sent by email)

Cleaning: payable by the tenant (otherwise 100 will be withheld from the security deposit)

- Arrival times are between 3 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.,

- Departure time is 10am

Beyond these opening hours, we reserve the right to charge you an additional 20 per person.
