La Poitevinière offers the quiet of the countryside with its garden and flowers. Shops and all services (medical office, medical analysis laboratory, supermarket, 3 bakeries, butcher, caterer, 3 restaurants...) are less than 10 minutes by car. possibility of bike rental on site, wifi and private parking.

3 bedrooms with queen size beds - 1 with bathroom (bath) kettle with herbal teas, coffee available - 1 bedroom with shower - 1 master bedroom with cot and adjoining children’s room with bunk beds. A children’s library and an adult library + board games.
You will have at your disposal the garden with games for children, 1 picnic table and a plancha.
