Our accommodation currently consists of one double room with en-suite facilities and one twin room, again with en-suite facilities.

We offer a substantial continental breakfast including home-made breads and jams and other locally sourced produce.

Evening meals can also be provided, but these are at an additional cost and must be pre-ordered.

The village of Affieux is very small, but has been classified as a "Village Remarquable" because of its ancient church and small Chateau. A very peaceful and tranquil location with extensive views to the West of the valley of the Vezere river. The sunsets are amazing!

We are only a couple of miles away from the medieval town of Treignac, with its quaint streets, cafe-bars, shops and restaurants.

The Lac de Bariousses is our local swimming lake, and this is about 6kms away from Le Cantou. It has a beach with life guards, boat-hire, inflatable aqua-park and fishing. A fantastic place for the family.

The Correze is relatively unknown from a touristic perspective and yet it has the most amazing and stunningly beautiful countryside. There are lots of activities for people to participate in, including way-marked walking and mountain bike trails, fishing, canoeing & kayaking, sight-seeing, paragliding, historical villages and so much more.
