Situated in the charming Dordogne Valley, about 3 miles from Sarlat and close to the numerous villages as Domme,La Roque Gageac and Beynac and to castles which have made the the Black Perigord famous, you'll come upon the quiet village of Montfort.Just 200 yards from the Montfort castle and backed into the hills, you'll find our country house charm-fully preserved.
The recently renovated guestroms are located on the uppers floors, affording them an unobstructed view of our walnut grove and the open countryside beyond.
4 no smoking guest rooms (chambres d'hôtes), 3 of them europeans king size bed (160x200 cm) and 1 room with double singles beds (90x200 cm) all with shower-rooms en suites, are comfortable and precisely furnished.2 of them with air conditioning
Breakfast is served in our wood paneled dining room or on the terrace. Garden and sunny terrace with place to relax. Private free parking. Free Wi-Fi.

From Souillac by car: take towards Sarlat and then D703 "Vallée de la Dordogne". At Carsac head towards the Village de Montfort,once there,take the first right.
From Bergerac by car: follow the Dordogne Valley towards Sarlat, then Beynac towards La Roque Gageac.
Pass through the village,continue straight. Take a left towards Vitrac.At Vitrac Port turn right towards Montfort.Follow the dead end to the left of Castle Montfort.
From Sarlat by car: follow directions to Cahors.At the traffic circle "sechoir a tabac-Leclerc" go towards Montfort.Once in the village of Montfort take the first street on right.
