Canel, Thezac Holiday Rentals

Description for B&B:

Canel is surrounded by 20 hectares organic farmland, ancient woodlands, vines, plum orchards and amazing views. The chateau has a history of farming which includes: cows, calves, chickens and eggs, vines and wine, plums and prunes, flour and bread. At the moment we have just 3 cats on the grounds and perhaps by summer some chickens again for nice fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast.



Breakfast is usually served on the courtyard terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the bastide town of Tournon d'Agenais. In the evenings you can relax here under a magnificent sky.



All bedrooms have their private bathrooms with shower and/or bath and are equipped with a hairdryer and various toiletries. We provide all bed and bath linen as well as towels for use by the pool.



The swimming pool is open all day - every day. We have a very big trampoline for kids and parents to jump on, and a table-tennis table set up in the barn.



A full 3-course meal can be provided on reservation. We can offer on any night of the week a nice selection of cheeses and/or cold meat, bread and local wine.



Canel is set between Domaine de Lancement, a local independent wine farmer, and Vin du Tsar, a wine cooperative, who both win medals nearly every year.
