Stone walls, wooden beams, an open fireplace - our studio gite combines character with comfort. Cooking facilities comprising cooker and oven are available within the gite as well as full BBQ facilities for outdoor feasts which can be eaten on a terrace overlooking fields of sunflower or rape. Equipped with washing machine and fridge and a private bathroom and toilet you have all the amenities available to make your stay comfortable.We provide beautiful French linen and towels and a welcome hamper to allow you to sample some of the gourmet delights of the region which range from the wonderful Cognacs and wines to the famous Charentaise butter and cheese. The studio gite is both practical and pleasant - a convenient and comfortable base from which to explore the surrounding beauty of the Gartempe valley or to enjoy the refreshing coolness of the lovely swimming pool which is right on your doorstep.

Directions
Advised route from Tours via all directions. Take (peage) toll road through to Chàtellerault or Poitiers. Poitiers is much better signposted than Chàtellerault and unless you know the place it can be confusing to drive through.
Poitiers to Chauvigny ( route 151 ) is approximately 35/40 minutes drive signposted well for St. Savin. On approach to St. Savin you will see sign on your right for Antigny. On arrival in Antigny there is a triangular tree lined center, opposite the Mairies and church. Follow up past the triangle pinnacle climbing a hill out of the village for 2km and through a hamlet named Montgorand. Continue on for 500metres and to your left a small sign for La Faye. Follow through Hamlet to the very last property on your left. There is Parking for two vehicles in front of the house.Any problems , or should you lose your sense of direction, please telephone.
