All our rooms possess a shower-room and one toilets deprived and are equipped with a TV with DVD player (loan of DVD on the region), of a mini refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, a ventilator, a WiFi. The breakfast is included in our service (hot drink, croissants and similar products, home made cake, fruit juice, various breads and home made jams). The dinner in the table d'hôte together with the owners allows the exchanges in any conviviality around dishes prepared as much as possible with organic products and of course freshly!
A small garden in river bank allows to relax you at the end of the day.

On the top floor of the house "Au Coeur de Rennes", spacious and bright one apartment of 60m2 with an accommodation facilities up to 6 people is comfortably completely equipped for a stay in independent.
Two rooms, the one with a bed 140cm and the other one with either two beds 80cm, or a double bed 160cm.
One American kitchen any outing opens on the big lounge with sofa (possible sleeping around for 1 adults or 2 children), TV.
You can so taken advantage of the garden for your relaxation and also the barbecue.
