- 1 floor reserved for rental only with 2 bedrooms, a library mezzanine, a bathroom with WC and a private technical room
- 1 garden and terraces all around the house

The rental corresponds to 1 or 2 bedrooms on the first floor of a villa in the countryside, between lake and mountains. You will be alone upstairs.
You will have:
- 1 free parking space
- 1 bedroom with balcony, 140 cm bed table, armchair and storage
- 1 modular bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm or 1 bed of 160 cm
- a private bathroom with WC, washbasin, bath/shower.
- a relaxation area with library, sofa and rocking chair.

The kitchen, living room, dining room, terraces are spaces to be shared with the owners
