- Room Buis on the top floor. Queen size double bed. Fireplace. Large bathroom with Italian shower. View on Montelimar and its castle.
- Jr Suite Marronnier on the top floor, with elevator. A comfortable room with a Kingsize double bed, air conditioning, bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. View of the park.
- Suite Magnolia on the top floor, with elevator. One bedroom with twin beds, a sitting area with an old "boat bed" that serves as a sofa (can be used as a 3rd bed). Air conditioning. Bathroom with Italian shower.
