I would be delighted to welcome you to my recent house in Boucau, with a green, flowery, quiet garden.

This announcement offers rates for July and August only, price indicated per night, for the room.

Near :
° bus stop
° Bayonne city center and train station 5 mins away
° beaches 10 min away
° Biarritz airport 20 minutes away
° Spain at 25 min

I can tell you about this beautiful region and provide you with the tourist information you need to make your stay as good as possible.

*** the rooms
I offer 3 bedrooms, pleasant and comfortable, located upstairs.
The rooms are all fully equipped with shower and sink, TV and fibre:
° the SECRETS bedroom (N°1, blue): with 1 large 160 cm bed and view of the garden
° the DREAMS room (N°2, golden): with 1 140 cm bed and balcony overlooking the garden
° the TALES room (N°3, grey): 2 beds in 80 cm or associated for 160 cm

the room rate is for 2 people (2 people maximum per room)
you can book 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, up to 6 people

Household linen and towels are provided as well as toiletries
Tumble dryer and machine on site available, at an additional cost

The toilets are in common
Non-smoking accommodation (possibility outside)
Pets not allowed

*** TO KNOW :
° it is not the ENTIRE HOUSE that is for rent
° the RENTAL in July / August is for 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM or for a WEEK but not possible in the MONTH
° MONTHLY rental is possible from September to June ONLY

*** Traveler meals
You have the possibility to bring your own breakfast.
I also offer breakfast with a supplement of 7 per person (upon prior reservation) including: coffee, tea, herbal tea or chocolate - rusks or brioche - butter and jam - fruit juice
Breakfast is the only possible meal on site.

° GOOD DISCOVERY of one hour of the PRIVATE SPA included (room N°1 + N°2 only), on site for tenants during the stay: with bubble drink from the Champagne region, tea or fruit juice and delicacies
