Nina welcomes you to her home, in her house, in TOURS in town (almost in the countryside!!) near Place de la Liberté and Avenue de Grammont, a few minutes from the bus and tram, the Town Hall, from the SNCF train station, the Tourist Office, old Tours, and Place Plumereau and its many restaurants!!
To be sure of availability on the dates you are considering, please contact the owners
on the ground floor, in a 12 m² bedroom, for 1 or 2 people with window on the courtyard, equipped with a bed with electric relax box spring in 2 x 80 x 200, in the bedroom, the bathroom with its shower , and the separate WC just next to the bedroom and private, free electric heating throughout the house, ceiling fan, wardrobe, table, desk, chairs, flat screen TV.

Exceptionally ;
on the first floor, on request a second bedroom for three people can also be offered, and if necessary, on the mezzanine right next to the bedroom, a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people, with a supplement per person and per night.

Children from 4 to 12 years old pay half price, under 4s free (parents must bring a cot);
.The hearty French breakfast is included and is served in the dining room or on the terrace (weather permitting) between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. with unlimited: orange juice, coffee, or tea, or chocolate, milk, croissant, butter bread, rusks, homemade jams.
Free parking for your cars is available in our car park in the courtyard in front of the house, as well as our garage for storing bicycles. The tourist tax is included. free WIFI
Sheets and blankets are provided, as well as towels and toiletries.
You can arrive between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Sundays and public holidays between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m..
If you were to arrive later, you would be kind enough to let us know beforehand, thank you.
If possible give us your approximate arrival time, so as not to be at the door!!!
Access to your room is always available.
The morning of your departure you must vacate the room before 10:00 a.m. for cleaning time.
We inform you that for health, hygiene and allergy reasons we cannot accept animals in our house..
We also ask that you respect the current sanitary conditions.
The reservation must be made exclusively by post or e-mail, indicating your address and a telephone number to reach you quickly if necessary.
No reservation by telephone without written confirmation (letter or e-mail)
Your reservation will be payable during your stay by bank check or cash (preferably).
To formalize the reservations of several nights you must send 20% deposit of the total amount of your stay, by check in the name of Mrs. Nina THUREY 4 impasse Saint Germain 37000 TOURS, or by bank transfer, IBAN number on request.
Not being a trader, we cannot accept bank cards or holiday vouchers.
Only checks and cash are accepted.
