LaGachere is a unique house with a real bucolic style.

It seats on an ocean inlet ( l Auzance )in the hamlet of La Gachere in Brem / Mer. The large wild beaches of Gabelous and Sauveterre are nearby.

The housse has a full kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet ( shared) with a bathtub.

- drop-off in front of the house, parking 150m away, private garden on the river, fishing, swimming, absolute calm, surfing beach 700m away, 2 bikes available, shops accessible on foot / by bike. Cleaning, sheets and towels included in the price .
The house is not equipped with heating.

This very old fisherman's house is equipped with all modern comforts while respecting the character of the hamlet.

Your bedroom (double bed 160 new High Comfort mattress) is upstairs, the kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the ground floor.

Its garden arranged in 3 level terraces has a direct access to the Auzance ocean inlet. (the breakfast at sunrise and the aperitif bbq at sunset: a delight), an arm of the sea where you can swim at high tide (water very clean sea) and fish (bass, mullet, eels, etc.).

You will go and taste a prefou and a dozen of oysters at La Cabane nearby at sunset in the marshes.

The wild, quiet beaches are a few minutes away by a short walk or bike ride, ideal for swimming and surfing.
2/300m walk from the dunes to access the most deserted beaches!

If you want entertainment, Les Sables d Olonne / St Gilles Croix de Vie is only 12km away!

We will share the kitchen and the bathroom (shower, bath and toilet), the garden in 3 terraces and the edge of the private arm of the sea!
You will have access to a grocery fund to cook if you wish as well as an outdoor bbq.
I only rent a room for 2 people max and I am alone in the house; you will therefore have all your comforts.

In the morning a hearty breakfast will be offered to you at no extra charge and in the evening a snack /apero !

LA GACHERE IS IDEALLY LOCATED FOR SURFERS/BODY SURFERS,
BEGINNERS OR EXPERIENCED, A VARIETY OF SPOTS NEARBY.
SURF SCHOOLS (remember to book in advance!), WILD SURF IN SAUVETERRE OR KILLER, FRIENDLY SURF IN LES GABELOUS.
SURF RENTAL IS AN OPTION ON FEW BEACHES ( LES DUNES OR LES GRANGES ).

The house is located in the heart of the hamlet of Gachere, on the banks of an arm of the sea, Auzance. La Gachere is a former whaling port from the 16th century, typical and full of charm. Absolute tranquility.

In this hamlet the atmosphere is beneficial, jovial and festive.

No shops in the hamlet, but everything is available nearby (many supermarket brands including a Biocop 600m away, local farmers' markets, etc.)
