The little summer house is a charming eco-cottage 4 stars for 6 guests located in the wine village of Landreville between Troyes (Aube) and Dijon (Burgundy), along the French holidays road (E 17 Exit 22 ). This country stone house of 125 m² dating from the French Revolution is on the touristic route of Champagne, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, near the amusement park Nigloland, Lakes of the Forêt d Orient and the Abbey of Clairvaux. The cottage is an ideal base for discovering the Champagne region, visit the cellars, explore its hilly landscapes, hiking in the forest or along the water. Troyes, with its old town and its factory outlets is forty kilometers. The cottage, housed in an effort to preserve the environment, has comfortable facilities (lounge + TV and stereo, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, private toilet, 3 large bedrooms, internet wi-fi, etc.) and an attractive walled garden.
