Val du Roy offers four guest rooms in a mansion of the seventeenth century boasting a seating area and a kitchenette for the comfort of its guests. Picturesque features a garden with terrace.

The rooms are labeled 3 keys by Clévacances to a very good level of comfort. The rates include a hearty breakfast in a dining room character (wood, Fireplace, antique dresser ...). Separate entrance. Many original features (beams, alcove, four poster bed, antique floors).

Between Nancy and Troyes, or between Dijon and Reims, Joinville, a small historic city of Claude Lorraine and Antoinette de Bourbon, first Duke of Guise and grandparents of Mary Stuart, you will love the story you will discover the AudienceFormer courts and old prisons or Château du Grand Jardin, two Renaissance buildings .. You will also find here an old apothecary, a crayfish farming or a beautiful garden in an old mill. A few kilometers away, you can enjoy the largest artificial lake in Europe, Lake Der, where cranes wintering bird sanctuary and also decorated with several beaches. A Colombey-les-deux-Egllises the beautiful museum in memory of General de Gaulle, the whole history of the twentieth century is unavoidable. Concerning the Bed and Breakfast of "Le Val du Roy" in Joinville:
4 guest rooms are available, all individually decorated in an authentic atmosphere where it seems to make a return to the past. Thus, canopy beds, antique beds, typical cupboards of Lorraine, or alcove, interspersed with beams, wood paneling, old floors...Many ancient trinkets give a flea mind this within the seventeenth century seems to have survived the centuries without moving. Modern comfort is yet installed with glass basins, modern showers, but the bias for the authenticity of origin and the place was respected. 3 shower rooms are behind a screen, but gives a very nice space for each room. The room "Antoinette de Bourbon", with its canopy bed and alcove, has a large separate bathroom with an antique bathtub and shower. 3 people can sleep in that room. The room "Claude de Lorraine" has an old double bed and an old wardrobe, as well as several decorative elements (baby-basket, old sewing machine, etc..), a shower, WC and a lavabo. The room "Jean de Joinville" has 2 old corner beds , an old wardrobe, and a double sink, shower and toilet. The great room "Mary Stuart" has a double canopy bed (electric bedding), a sofa-bed to accommodate two additional people, a dressing table, a wardrobe and a bathroom on the mezzanine. Each room has a TV. WIFI access is free and available throughout the house. You can also use a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven and relax in the lounge area, completed with a TV. You also have a direct access to the grand, old and enclosed garden with an independent access. You will also have a separate entrance to preserve your whereabouts freely.
