This is a large character house can accommodate two families (8 people capacity, possible up to 10 people), situated in the green valleys of Chalosse, Bergouey in the south of the Landes. The house is quiet in nature, on the edge of several hiking trails and mountain biking.

The surrounding towns are Montfort-en-Chalosse, Mugron (two cities where culinary foie gras is king), Hagetmau, capital of the chair, and Dax, queen of spas. The beach is an hour with Old Boucau, Hossegor. The cottage is located on a wooded property of 6300 m2, it is adjacent to the dwelling of the owner but with privacy preserved. You can enjoy the large private garden overlooking the Chalosse to rest or take a dip in the pool. For meals there is a terrace in addition to the garden with a table that crowns a catalpa as a parasol. The house is spacious on two floors of 120 m2, air conditioned for your comfort.
