For rent nice little cottage in a charming hamlet located in the town of Roussac (30 minutes from Limoges and Bellac 15), close to the Lac de St Pardoux (beaches, water sports, country market etc..).

recently restored with authenticity, it features a private terrace, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen opening onto the garden, A bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet). Upstairs a mezzanine and two beautiful tastefully decorated.

can accommodate up to 5 persons (+ a toddler), it will give you a warm and relaxing. Surrounded by many paths, then you can (walking or cycling) to enjoy the surrounding countryside.

The house is available throughout the year (dates to be agreed with the owners living next door) for weeks or weekends.

Regarding prices, we propose to:
- July / August: 300 euros / week
- other months: 250 euros / week
- and throughout the year: 45 euros / night for two people ( small breakfast included)
