Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence, this apartment, with an area of 26m2, offers you all the comfort and equipment you need for a successful stay.

Located on the 1st floor, the largest of our apartments, with an area of 48m2, invites you to relax with your family.

Chambre très agéable
Lors de notre venue le 06 juillet pour un concert, la chambre est idéalement située, très proche du métro,dans un quartier calme.La chambre offre tout le confort, de plus, elle est très propre, le petit déjeuner est copieux, servi par le propriétaire extrêmement gentil et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Lieu à retenir. Pour une prochaine visite nous n'hésiterons pas à renouveler notre expérience. A recommander.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la chambre est idéalement située et le confort des lieux est très appréciable. Christophe est vraiment à l'écoute et disponible, il nous a réservé un très bon accueil. nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.La chambre était très confortable et bien décoré. Nuits très calme après le tumulte et l'animation de la ville. Dés notre arrivé nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire très accueillant qui nous conseille sur les choses incontournable a visiter.Chaque matin a l'heure de notre choix un petit déjeuné copieux nous a était servi en chambre.
Une bonne adresse où sarrêter à 10mn de la gare Saint Charles et a 15mn du Vieux Port.

Petit nid douillet dans quartier authentique
Nous avons séjourné en août dans ce studio décoré avec goût, dans un quartier authentique de Marseille " La Joliette ". On remercie Christophe pour son accueil chaleureux et son écoute. Le studio est très bien situé pour faire les visites à pied ou prendre un bus pour aller visité Notre Dame de la Garde. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.

Une belle chambre d'hôtes au coeur de la cité phocéenne
Accueil parfait du propriétaire, chambre confortable et élégamment décorée, confort de la literie, climatisation efficace et petit-déjeuner généreux, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare Saint Charles et des principaux centres d'intérêts de Marseille. Arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble, direct pour aller à la plage des Catalans. Un petit bijou insoupçonné depuis la rue. Ne vous focalisez surtout pas sur l'entrée de cette ancienne usine de travail du cuir : le rêve vous attend au fond du couloir.

This little gem of a B&B is in a nondescript building in a fantastic location on the back (quiet) side of a main street near everything in Marseille. The room, while not large, was modern, stylish, comfortable, and packed with amenities like a mini-fridge, coffee maker, info/guides, sitting area, and microwave. Very good wifi and a/c as well. Very comfy foam bed and pillows. Although we didn't get to experience it, breakfast was to be brought to the room at whatever time specified with the owner.
I could say lots of nice things about the room itself, but the real star here is proprietor Christophe and he is the real reason this establishment is so great. From the moment of making the reservation, his communication was fantastic and helpful. When we arrived, the room wasn't quite ready, but instead of us using the self check-in instructions, he met us there, and we could leave our bags. Later in the day, we learned our original flight home had been canceled and that we would have to leave a day early - only one night into our scheduled two-night stay. I called Christophe after fixing our flights and he came right over so I could pay and he provided a little souvenir and all kinds of helpful information. He provided advice about filing a claim with the airline, scheduled our taxi for 4am the next morning, and insisted on meeting us at 4am to provide some food to bring to the airport. He also provided a detailed receipt so we could file the claim with the airline. We unfortunately ended up missing him at 4am the next morning, but he sent a lovely email anyway and his effort to provide us breakfast was so appreciated. I cannot say enough great things about this B&B and its owner and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if I were to ever return to Marseille. I have stayed in a lot of wonderful places in my travels but have never experienced this kind of warmth, service, kindness, and hospitality.

Un bel appartement
Nous avons passé six nuits à lappartement #1 de Marseillecity et avons apprécié notre séjour. Lhôte est très serviable et disponible pendant toute la durée. Le quartier immédiat nest pas particulièrement accueillant mais tout de même sécuritaire et bien situé pour qui aime marcher, entre le vieux port et la gare. Lappartement est vraiment bien aménagé, très propre et de bon goût.

Le quartier est actuellement en cours de rénovation. Vous avez le quartier très prisé du Panier à 400 mètres avec petits restaurants et échoppes.
