As soon as you will have entered the narrow road leading to “La Ferme du Mouchel” you will realise the richness of the area which you will soon enjoy. At a glance you will be surprised to see such a beautiful edifice from the 16th Century, then you will realise how relaxing and peaceful the place is. You will be welcomed by the owners of the property Odile and Jean-Claude who will share with you valuable information about their native region. The house is located next to a dairy farm, run daily by the family and is conveniently situated within proximity to many famous sites. “La Ferme du Mouchel” is located four kilometres from the D-Day beach OMAHA and is close to the American Cemetery and other historic sites of WWII. and all the different tactical and strategic corner stones of WWII. Only one hour from the famous Deauville and three from Paris, it is a perfect place to stay and relax whilst giving you the opportunity to learn about the history and take in the beauty of Normandy. When the time comes for you to pack up your belongings and leave, your journey here will feel so short-lived so bring your memories back home and keep in mind that it will always be a pleasure for Odile and Jean-Claude to see you again.
