Located in Auvergne, near Le Puy-en-Velay, in a 18th century stone farmhouse, fully restored, at the foot of a 10th century feudal fortress, Denise and Philippe offer you 5 comfortable bedrooms with their own private bathroom.You will have breakfast in Salle à manger on first floor, whereas dinner will be served in Salle à manger on ground floor.
Salle à manger is a rest room as well : reading, TV.

Onde night at Le Gourmantine
A good welcome and very pleasant bedroom awaited us. The breakfast was first rate, and we would love to come back on another occasion.

A perfect place to explore the region
We stayed here for two nights and it couldn't have been better. A super-comfortable room, well equipped and spotless. Our hosts were charming and very helpful. The dinner and breakfasts were excellent and I hope we'll be able to stay again some day.

un accueil chalereux chambres impecables
a l'ombre d'un chateau imposant, l'accueil est chalereux, la chambre confortable et bien prepare. Tres calme et depaysant. Nous avons tres apprecie le contact et la conversation avec nos hotes. C'est vraiment un sejour reposant et agreable. On recommande!

If you come by N88 road from AUBENAS or MENDE : Go as far as LE PUY-EN-VELAY. In LE PUY-EN-VELAY, take CLERMONT-FERRAND direction on N102 road. As soon as you leave LE PUY-EN-VELAY, there is a sign pointing to the right to POLIGNAC. Follow this direction to POLIGNAC and go as far as POLIGNAC (3 km). Enter POLIGNAC village and follow signs « Chambres et Table d'hôtes La Gourmantine ».
If you come by N88 road from ST-ETIENNE : 3 km before LE PUY-EN-VELAY, take the way to CLERMONT-FERRAND D374. At each roundabout, keep CLERMONT-FERRAND direction till you find POLIGNAC direction. Enter POLIGNAC village, and follow signs « Chambres et Table dhôtes La Gourmantine ».
If you come from N102 road : 5 km before LE PUY-EN-VELAY, you can see on the left side an old castle at the top of a big rock. It is POLIGNAC. At the first roundabout, take the direction to POLIGNAC (0,5 km). Enter POLIGNAC village and follow signs « Chambres et Table d'hôtes La Gourmantine ».
