Independent Gite situated within a family property, typically Charentaise in the village of Sigogne, an important commune viticole situated in the heart of the cognac fins bois vineyards. The church bell tower is one of the most beautiful in the Charente located within the village square.First floor: Living room with corner kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 et 1 bed 90) toilet and separate shower room.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90) (2 beds 90), shower room with toilet. Terrassse and garden. Private parking for vehicles. Private pool which is not supervised to share with the owners.
In high season and very high season the tarifs comprise all charges. For the remaining seasons the tarifs comprise of 8 KWh of electricity, no limits on domestic water, and gas for the gas cooker.
Unless specified otherwise in the contract, the rent is for a week, arrivals on the Saturday after 16 pm and departing the following Saturday before 10 am.

Directions
Direction Jarnac – Rouillac. Entering Sigogne, turn right direction Foussignac. Continue and turn left on Rue de l’Ancienne Gare. (last left before leaving the village), follow the road left to Rue des Ecoles, (follow the one way system around the houses) take the 2nd alley on the right. Look for the sign Gites de France.
