Roseview Cottage, Le Cambout

Description for B&B:

New for 2020, lovely and cosy cottage, sleeps 4/5 with the additional option of a sofa bed, in the heart of rural Côtes d'Armor on the border of Morbihan about 20mn drive to the bustling medieval town of Josselin with its impressive chateau on the Nantes-Brest Canal. There is very little passing traffic so a peaceful rest is assured. We live next door and always welcome our guests on arrival. A welcome pack and complimentary welcome breakfast will also be provided on the first morning.

The space
Warm, welcoming and comfortable cottage with private garden with its own BBQ to relax in after a day of exploring beautiful Brittany . All bedding, towels and tea towels are provided and everything that you need in the kitchen is available. It has an open-plan living/dining/kitchen, lovely wood burner (other heating options available as well). Wi-Fi and both English and French TV available and parking spaces available on site. Well behaved pets welcome. No smoking. For the children, we have a swing, outdoor activities such as ball games, football table (babyfoot) and a dart board. We are only an hour away from many seaside resorts from the Gulf of Morbihan, the Atlantic coast and the wild granit coast in the north of Brittany. There are many sites to explore inland and many restaurants. You can also enjoy Aquaval in Merdrignac (24km) or the nautical base of Plémet (16km) or Kingoland in Plumelin (48km). The Abbaye of Notre Dame de Trimadeuc in Bréhan (7km) or the Abbaye de Bon Repos in St Gelven (40km) are also recommended. In July and August there is an open air swimming pool in la Chèze 15mn drive where you can enjoy an afternoon of fun on the big water slide and sunbathing without forgetting the small pool for the little ones. There is also a nearby equestrian centre in St Barnabé (15 mn drive) for poney and horse rides open all year round. If you don't feel like driving to the coast there is also a lake just a short drive away with a man-made beach and water sports available. It's a beautiful place not to be missed.
