The Domaine de la Lande dating from the 17th century has two independent lodgings (Le Céleste and lAlizé) in a Breton farmhouse. A bucolic setting typical of the future Rance-Côte d Emeraude Regional Natural Park. Each cottage, renovated in August 2020 with respect for traditional materials, has a living room upstairs, for two people, a fully equipped kitchen plus a sofa convertible into a bed for 2 additional people and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Description for Gite

The main sleeping area is accessed by an original staircase which gives access to an independent mezzanine with comfortable 140 x190 cm bedding plus a small desk.
You will be welcomed in the reception hall (the old stable of the farm) which gives access to the gîtes and the laundry room.
A large parking lot is at your disposal as well as a shed for your bikes.
You have the opportunity to bake your old fashioned bread in a restored stone oven and the opportunity to experience the stars using a laser pointer with your astronomical enthusiast hosts..
A permacultured celestial garden is just there for the pleasure of young and old.
Children can roam freely in an enclosed space of the farmhouse and see the animals grazing in the meadow ...
The cottages are an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling with the GR 34 C at 50m, Canal dIlle et Rance, Voie Verte and Base de Loisirs de Bétineuc (Dinan Agglomeration) which are 1 km away.. The medieval town of Dinan is 8km away. Cap Fréhel, St Cast, islands of Ebihens, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale, bay of Mont St Michel, Forêt de Brocéliande or Rennes are located within a radius of 30 to 40km.
