LÉphémère is a small house located in a quiet area of Limoges east of the city center near the La Borie university park, the International Office for Water, the Aurence landscaped park and its municipal rose garden. 10 minutes' walk from the city center and close to the main roads.
Very close to the Bernardaud porcelain factory, it is independent of the owners' house and overlooks the garden where breakfast can be taken if the weather is nice..
Tenants can easily park on the quiet street and take advantage of the public transport that runs right by (Line 8).
The guest house lÉphémère is installed in a 35m² independent house, entirely left to the tenants for their stay. It is made up of a living room, a kitchenette, a shower room and a bedroom (140 x 190 bed). Elegantly decorated, tenants will be able to take advantage of the facilities available to them: Oven, dishes, TV, hairdryer, free wifi, ...
It is in the guest house lÉphémère that I will have the pleasure of welcoming you throughout the year. I will be happy to make you discover Limoges and its region since I am a guide-lecturer. According to your desires and your needs, I can advise you in your activities.
Limousin is a country of character with significant tourist and cultural riches. Hiking in the Natural Parks of the region, discovery of know-how (enamel, porcelain, tapestry), visits to the historic heritage, all the information will be at your disposal to spend a pleasant moment.
