Guest house independent from our main house but all on the same property, 3 ears Gîtes de France located 15 minutes from the Center Parc le Bois aux Daims, the Fontevraud Abbey and Chinon; 30 km from Saumur, 1 hour from Futuroscope and the Loire Castles.
Bed and Breakfast rental: 4 bedrooms in total, ie 9 beds, each with its own bathroom and WC; 3 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bedroom with 3 beds of 90 cm. House which can be rented as a gîte with the use of the fitted kitchen; Garden with heated pool of over 40 m2 with shelter from April to October.
Price of the bed and breakfast including breakfast from January to May and from October to December (low-medium season): 50 euros for 1 person and 60 euros for 2 people
Price from June to September (high season): 55 euros for 1 person and 65 euros for 2 people.
Price for the table d'hôtes (full meal, drinks included): 20 euros / person and 10 euros / child under 10
