Description for B&B:
Our house, built in 1820, is a manor house typical of the region with a facade mingled with bricks and pebbles. Unoccupied for many years, we bought the house in 2017 and have done our best tsince then to restore its youth and enhance its beauty while preserving its natural charm. On the ground floor, there is a large lounge our guests can use with many books. Our first bedroom is also on the ground floor. On the first floor are 3 suites and a bedroom. Two suites have a privtae 20m² terrace with garden view and the third suite has a balcony with garden view.Reviews

Directions
From the A62 motorway, take exit 9 towards Moissac Castelsarrasin then, at the roundabout, take the 1st exit towards Castelsarrasin and the yellow signs Deviation Agen. Follow these yellow signs until you see indications for Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave. Once you enter the village, you will reach a roundabout, take the 1st exit and you will find our guest house on the right handside.
