In the immediate vicinity (2km) of the medieval center of Sarlat-La-Canéda we offer 5 comfortable guest rooms - a gîte and table d'hôtes.

THE ROOMS

We offer you five beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, shower and toilet. Free WIFI.
You can opt for a queensize queensize bed or twin beds. The generous breakfast is served every morning between 8 and 10 o'clock. We offer you pastries, baguettes, jams, orange juice, yogurt, cereals ...
Breakfast is included in the price of the B & B.
All our rooms are non-smoking.
Air conditioning is available on request .
On request we offer the table d'hôtes.
All rooms overlook the garden, the perfect place for a picnic, read a good book or rest after a visit to Sarlat or one of the many activities that Périgord Noir offers.

THE REGION

La Colline, located on a sunny slope on the edge of Sarlat-La-Canéda is the ideal starting point to explore the Dordogne. A short walk (2km) takes you to the center of Sarlat, city of art and history, known worldwide for its restored medieval city.
Sarlat is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir. The region is renowned for its rich history and heritage, the beauty of nature and its culinary specialties.

In our opinion the markets are also part of the region's must-do's.

In the surroundings you will find several prehistoric sites and painted caves, fifteen of which belong to the UNESCO world heritage (for example the cave of Lascaux).
Périgord invites you to discover 10 of the "most beautiful villages of France". Everyone finds happiness: castles, abbeys, churches, pitoresques alleys ...

A little further, 50 km away, the sacred city of Rocamadour, listed as UNESCO World Heritage, is certainly worth one hour of driving.

Throughout the year, the region offers many events and sports activities. The pond Tamniès is 10 minutes and offers many opportunities: swimming, fishing, paddle boats, tennis ...

Of course you can also relax in our garden and enjoy the sun, a good book or enjoy a glass of wine.

Description for Gite

The appartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is on the ground floor. It is perfect to welcome families with children, who want to spend pleasant holidays near Sarlat.
La Colline has a large parking and is located 2 km from the historic center of Sarlat. You can visit this beautiful historic city on foot while avoiding parking problems.

The appartment consists of a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a TV, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and kitchen / dining room. You can enjoy a partially covered terrace facing south-west.
Comfortable terrace furniture guarantees you the full benefit of this pleasant corner.

Sheets, towels, water, electricity and heating are included. Free WIFI.
We can provide an air conditioner on request (5 € / day).
The obligatory package for cleaning at the end of your stay: 50 euro.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

OUR TABLE AND BREAKFAST

For breakfast croissants, pastries and baguettes can be provided at the cottage.
Those who wish can join us at the generous breakfast (7 € / pers).
In the evening we offer on request the table d'hôtes. (evening dinner)
