The Gîte "On the edge of the Cher" located in the heart of the historic centre of SAINT AIGNAN and 4 minutes from the zoo of BEAUVAL, welcomes you for a short stay/stop at the zoo or a few days to discover the castles of the Loire and its surroundings.

* A Little history *
Saint Aignan is an old town, a medieval city composed of winding and cobbled streets. The architecture of old houses built in stone of tufa, in beard and half-timbered will seduce you.

Its 12th century collegiate church and its crypt with pictorial frescoes are also curiosities of its city.

During your stay, do not hesitate to admire the view from the Château de Saint Aignan (private). To enjoy the panorama and do some pictures.

A stroll near the Cher for a moment of relaxation and, enjoy the "Saint Aignan Beach Islands" and participate in the festivities, swimming allowed in the Cher to get Rafrichir, Guinguette and games for children.
