Furnished apartment on the 1st floor of a villa, access to the sea is within 500 meters. 2 rooms with one bed for two persons, one facing east and the other southwest. The bathroom between them has a bath, a sink and a washing machine. (WC) The kitchen is functional, you'll find a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, a 4 ring hob and a dish washing machine. The dining room-living room faces south and the view extends through the pine forest of the sea it has a sofa and a TV. A terrace is located outside in the garden, it faces southwest with views of the Gulf through the pine forest. The apartment is fully equipped for the machine, as well as dishes and utensils needed for everyday life.
