Your home for 1 to 2 persons begins with a large bay window on south-facing private terrace surrounded by a landscaped garden non-closed. Functional interior space, furnished and decorated in a contemporary quality: fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, electric hob, oven and microwave, dining area, sitting area with sofa bed (foldaway bed - 140x190) and room with shower.
