On a 3 hectares land near the forest, our small house is nicely decorated and recently renewed (opening July 2018) with ecological material. It fits 2 bedrooms, one living room/kitchen/bar and one bathroom/toilet (all not shared with other guests).

It is a place of peace and beauty, 30m away from the owner's house and far form any source of noice and pollution.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy surronding nature. Possibility to walk or ride bikes and horses arround or visit nearby villages : prehistorical caves of Saulges, basilique of Evron, roman site of Jublains, middleage village of Sainte Suzanne. Close from several stud farms.

For people travelling by train, we pick you up for free at Evron SNCF train station.

The price includes household textiles and french breakfast with fresh fruit juice.
