The part overlooking the Golfe du Morbihan is 4 miles away. On the Golf there are no beaches. Vannes is 20km away. The Gulf Islands (Ile aux Moines, Arz) are a few kilometers away. Boarding for the Atlantic Islands (Belle-Ile, Houat, Houëdic) at Port Navalo is only a few miles away. Miles of coastal path from the house. Particular climate, very mild, The Golfe is considered the hottest part of Brittany

Le Clos du Roaliguen. Self-catering detached house, less than 200m from the beach in Morbihan Brittany.
Downstairs:
The main room including kitchen and lounge:
Kitchen with integrated appliances: dishwasher, fridge, oven, micro-wave oven, electric coffee machine, steam-cooker also available. Everything needed to cook and eat. Basic food reserve on arrival.
Lounge boasting two double settees, flat-screen TV, free Internet access through wifi.
Shower room, shower with thermostatic tap, toilets, bathroom sink.
A cellar housing a washing machine, and a barbecue set that might be used on the terrace.

Parents’ room: double bed (140 cm wide) with bedsides, 1 table and a chair, fitted cabinet and shelves
Children’s room: 2 single beds (80 cm wide) with bedsides, fitted shelves

One terrace in front and one on west side with a small garden, table and chairs, sun umbrella.
