This charming little cottage renovated for 1-4 people is located in the beautiful port of Lyvet, near Dinan and Saint-Malo.
Of a total surface of 40 m2, it is composed, on the ground floor of the entrance and the equipped bathroom and on the floor, space of life-of night and the kitchen area overlooking the Rance.
We wanted to give this cottage a warm decoration and the use of quality materials.
It has all the comforts for a pleasant stay on the banks of Rance while being located near restaurants and tourist attractions of the region.
A small terrace is upstairs.
Minimum stay of 2 nights in high season.

The rental is accessed via a communal road. On the ground floor: entrance and bathroom (WCwashbasin and shower). A mill staircase provides access to the floor lit by two bays oriented East-West. There is the kitchen area, the terrace and the living-and-night area (convertible sofas) overlooking the harbor.
