Philippe and Marie-Laurence welcome you to Domaine de Montloubier, an authentic 19th century stone farmhouse in perfect condition. Located in southern Ardèche, 15 minutes from bathing place (L'Ibie and Ardeche) 30 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc and Chauvet cave, near Ballazuc, Labeaume, Voguë ... Mansion charm, very comfortable and decorated with care. Facing south, enjoying a breathtaking view of the mountains of Ardèche, surrounded by a park closed and raised 5000 m² and with a private parking. Accessible 20 km from the TGV station of Montélimar and served by bus to 300 m. Located in a sunny valley, quiet, in the village of 3000 inhabitants, our cottages are located 4 minutes walk from the city center, with access to all amenities (all shops, supermarkets, restaurants, doctors ...).
Possibility to rent the two cottages (total capacity of 24 people) and meet up with family, friends or colleagues for meals in the beautiful vaulted reception room of 70m ² ground floor and booking fee. Equipped with table, sound, video screen, next to a kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, 1 dishwasher, 6 tables and the corresponding dishes for 40 people.
Weekend visit and discover the Ardèche. We propose weekend visit and discovery of the Ardèche. Residential stays taking place on weekends from: 06/08 April, 25/27 May, 15/17 June, 16/18 November from Friday 18h to Sunday at 18h. The objective of these weekends is to make you discover the main place unavoidable of Ardeche, while leaving you the opportunity to rest if it is your wish. A dance party is offered on Saturday evening.Different aspects: • Local tourism: Visit troglodyte houses at Balmes de Montbrun.Visit villages: Voguë, Labeaume, Antraigues, Vallon Pont d'Arc. The sites: the Chauvet cave, the Aven d'Orgnac cave etc.

The cottage "Panorama" can accommodate 15 people and "Montloubier" 9 people. Each cottage has a complete equipment and a terrace (16 and 20m ²) with garden furniture and barbecue. You can organize stays, training course with the possibility for catering to call the local caterer (fresh local produce.)
Philippe, who is a sports coach, also offers fitness activities. You have a fitness area of ​​32 m² equipped with weight machines and cardio training, a petanque, a ping pong table and a volleyball / badminton net. Access to hiking trails or bike (rental on site 8 mountain bikes, 5 bikes, 5 VTC).
