Looking for a nice place to stay , not far from the city center, in the middle of the Loire valley, so you can visit the castles and the vineyards ? But also go for a walk or bike ride along the Loire ? This is it ! A brand new renovated flat on the first floor of an old house dating back to the middle-ages in a very nice historical,nice and lively neighbourhood . Beams , wooden floor, a decorative fireplace , large windows ... and all the comfort you require . The large room comprises a double bed and a convertible sofa .. You can also go to the second floor and enjoy the cosy bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined) and another bathroom with toilet,
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped ( dishwasher, oven, microwave etc) , with a small table. Other bathroom with toilet on main floor. Excellent wifi connection, satellite TV. Washing machine available too.
You can have a BBQ in the yard, garden furniture is provided. Just make sure you respect the other tenants ( yard is common to a few flats)
Bicycles are provided ( free), not suitable for too long distances though.
Direct bus from Station 100 meters away. Various shops, cafés and restaurants at the corner of the street
We are used to having tourists and will be delighted to give as much advice as you may need . We live nearby and you may benefit from our jacuzzi if you wish ( if available , not free)
