New Holiday Cottage “Aux Pays des sucs”Chazes Farm is located in a calm green area far from main roads and neighbouring houses.
Located in the middle of the “Sucs” (dome from volcano) 900 meters above sea level and overlooking Emblavez Valley.
It’s an authentic little paradise!
The house has 250m²; half is occupied by its owners, and the other one, by the holiday cottage on the ground floor, an independent room and an activities area upstairs.
However we are close to the main towns of Haute-Loire.
- 5 min from Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien and the national road 88
- 10 min fromYsingeaux
- 10 min from the hall of cross-country skiing Meygal
- 10 min from Saint Julien Chapteuil
- 15 min from Le Puy-en-velay
- 30 min from Les Estables ski resort
Children will not be bored because of the unique activities area:
- Climbing wall (grips) on an equipped area of 15m² (flooring carpet has not been received yet)
- A mini ramp skateboard of 3.6 meters wide, 1.3 meters high and an upgrade of 1.6 meters high. Already used by the best in the world: video on vimeo "Doble Private Globe" as key words.
- Table soccer René pierre.
- Hut in the trees at 3 meters high with view on the valley.
- Swing for the little ones

Our holiday cottage is composed of:
- Main room with an open-concept kitchen; living room with a wood-burning stove.
- A leather sofa and a leather sofa chair
- A big table with 6 chairs
- A night area with a king size bed
- An independent bedroom on the ground floor, with a double bed, a shower and a sink
- An independent bedroom upstairs, with a king-size bed, a shower and a sink
- A WC on the ground floor
- A patio of 20m² on the ground floor
- A patio of 50m² upstairs
- 3500m² of land
Pets are allowed
75m² + activities areas
Also we’ve got a big baker oven. ( You can make pizza with wood fire)

What time would you like arrive ?
When you arrive at the village "Le Pertuis" from "St Etienne":
1°) Take the direction "Le Puy-en-Velay"
2°) After the end of the village "Le Pertuis", Take the first road on the right (It's a small road) 500 metros after you leave the village.
3°) You arrive at a little crossroads, go straight on and take the first road on the right. You will see the sign of "Aux Pays des Sucs"
4°) After follow the signs for one minute
5°) You arrive at a little crossroads, take on the right.
6°) Our House is on the left.
When you arrive at the village "St Hostien" from "Le Puy-en-velay":
1°) Take the road on the left in front of the Tabac. Towards "Rosières", for 2 Kms.
2°) After the big farm on our right, you take the first road on your right towards "Les Chazes".
3°) Our House is on the right after 6 houses on the Left.
When you arrive at the village "Le Pertuis" from "St Etienne":
1°) Take the direction "Le Puy-en-Velay"
