La Petite Vallée in black Perigord : Xabi, Elise and children are delighted to introduce their new cottage La Petite Vallée.

It is 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin in the Black Perigord.

With its 1,600 inhabitants, situated on the Perigueux-Sarlat axis Rouffignac St Cernin is an ideal base for visiting the most beautiful sites of Périgord. We will be happy to advise you on tours to do during your stay.

Close to all facilities (supermarket, withdrawal machine, service station, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, post office, Sunday market, etc..), you will enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in the middle of its 5 acres of wooded surroundings with a beautiful view.

The cottage consists of:

- ground floor : a large kitchen and a lounge / dining room and office with internet access (computer not provided). Flat screen TV + DVD player.
A spacious bedroom with a 140cm bed.
A bathroom with shower.
A separate WC.

- Second floor : 2 bedrooms:
- 1 with 1 bed of 140cm
- 1 with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed.
A bathroom with bathtub.
A separate WC.

We can accommodate comfortably up to 7 people.

Bed linen, towels, shower mats, kitchen towels provided.

You can relax on your terrace by the heated pool, and dine under your porch where a superb WEBER barbecue is at your disposal.

We can lend baby equipment (high chair, changing mat, cot, high trek stroller, park, etc..).
