The location is perfect, very close to the major monuments of the Cagliari\'s city and close to the most important tourist attractions: restaurants, bars, shopping\'s ways are around us. Inside the building you can experience the elegance of a dwelling Seventeenth century and the comforts of a modern home as well as the genuine hospitality of the owners.
The whole structure is thermo-conditioning. In the lounge guests can relax and unwind on the comfortable sofa in front of large screen television with satellite channels and also an aquarium with tropical fish.
The bedrooms can be customized on request to suit your needs: we can arrange your room with two single beds or one double bed you can choose to have a private bathroom and are also present: TV, minibar and other services are additional available upon request as: safe box, Wi-Fi or wired connection, air conditioning, transportation to / from the airport, port, railway station and bus terminal.
