In the middle of the Médoc, 10 km from Gironde and Pauillac, 20 km from Ocean and Hourtin, Le Peyrat surrounded by wineyard, wood and meadow welcome you in a quiet, calm and convivial place. The Gîte for 2 to 4 persons and the B&B are accessed independantly. The gîte has one bedroom, drawing room, kitchen, washroom & toiletts, laundry. it's equipped with tv (2), washing-machin, dishwasher, tumble-dryer, oven, micro-wave, fridge (2). Tout à fait conforme à notre attente. Bon rapport qualité/prix . Simple et très propre . Au calme .Au milieu de magnifiques vignes et de la campagne. Grans crus du Médoc à côté. Un accueil parfait . Un petit déjeuner délicieux et selon le désir de chacun ...
Lovely relaxing stay
We received a great welcome from Thierrey and Florence at Le Peyrat. They could not have been more helpful with recommendations for wine tastings, restaurants etc.Their home is relaxed, full of character and beautifully tranquil in the heart of the vineyard country. Their garden and pool was a highlight with our children and breakfast in Florence's kitchen was a lovely relaxed affair (the confiture framboise was delicious!). We will definitely be back.
Directions
From Bordeaux, follow Lesparre up to one km after Saint Laurent Médoc. Turn left towards Chateau Fourton-Peyrat, 200m after the Chateau, turn right and you continue 500m up to "Le Peyrat".
