The architect-designed longhouse, resolutely contemporary, meets the
criteria of sustainable development and at the same time continues
tradition, combining local knowledge and modernity and sheltering
three different styles of all mod cons, combining the softness of
organic cotton satin bed linen, feather and duvet quilt
(hypoallergenic bedding available on request), pure vegetable Ecocert
guest soaps and organic cotton and linen towels. The rooms benefit
from the first rays of sun and open onto a garden as peaceful as the
sheep grazing in the pasture to the accompaniment of the ballet of
busy bees and the birds that nest here. Life in the house revolves
around its central area: a large open living room, bathed in the
south's rays, where you can share our evening meal, cultivating the
taste for fresh organic vegetables from the garden and carefully
selected local products. Regional dishes and home cooking are featured
in the purest form of "table d'hôtes". Here you can also enjoy reading
in our winter garden with its library of useful books for planning
your outings. For your enjoyment of road and ATB cycling we offer
specific equipment and services: bicycle shed, repair essentials,
suitable meals, information and assistance ... The location is ideal
for spreading your wings across the entire area: Abbeville, Amiens,
Doullens, St Riquier, the Authie and Somme valleys, the Somme Bay,
Crécy Forest, the Circuit of Remembrance... Guesthouse accredited by Gîtes
de France (3 épis), Green Key, Jardins de Noé and is an official
Refuge of the LPO (French partner of Birdlife International).
