Take a new direction in our activity, after the creation of two theme restaurants in Paris Burgundy.
In 2005, we acquired the family home to find ourselves in the homeland and start a new life after serving for 30 years the conservation profession in Paris, more precisely "in Bourguignon du Marais" we have created in 1992 now owned by Philip Lalot which ensures continuity and Burgundy that we are witnessing in the choice of wines of the card.
