A 9 km from the center of Toulouse and its Place du Capitole, in the municipality of Saint-Jean, with direct access to main roads, this charming studio is located in a quiet residential area, opposite an oak wood. The studio is attached to the house owners, but access is completely independent; parking is in front of the house.All shops and public transport to 5 minutes. metro access lines A or B in 10 minutes by bus (bus network Tisséeo) or 5 minutes by car.
This studio, with an area of 18m2, is furnished with a convertible sofa BZ 140 cm wide (mattress 12cm thick mattress topper to a good sleeping comfort), a kitchenette, of and a convenient carrying for clothes. The separate bathroom has a large shower, washbasin and WC (with a sanibroyeur).
All equipment and dishes needed for your stay are available.
The studio also has a flat screen TV (reception Free channels) and WIFI internet connection. A Macbook laptop can also be provided free of charge.
On sunny days: a small private terrace in front of the guest room is available on sunny days, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness of the Southwest.

Très bien
Une petite halte à Toulouse, fort agréable ! L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux, la chambre fort confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. La formule "en toute liberté" nous a séduit, nous recommandons sans probléme !!!
