Large private bathroom with 3 showers and a separate toilet, everything with beautiful white and terracotta mosaic tiling on the walls and the floor. The room has 2 x single beds (80 cm x 210 cm), furnished with table and 2 chairs, and has central heating. Extra bed available upon request. The room is located in the main building beside the communal Salon Rouge (Red room) .

Gîte ('Self-catering' apartment with separate kitchen for two to maximum 4 people) and a Studio with kitchenette for 2-3 people. Both have a terrace and view of the garden. Garden furniture and barbecue available. Free WIFI in Salon Rouge.Located on a separate wing of the main building with it's own private entrance, nicely decorated in Mediteranean style, with terracotta and mustard colored walls, and wooden floors. The apartment is rented as an independent entity/self-catering unit, has a veranda and a garden view. The lay-out of the apartment is as follows: fully-equipped kitchen with dining table and sitting area/salon (sofabed for 2 people). Through a connecting door, the large living/bed room (2 x single beds 80 cm x 210 cm) is accessible, which has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The first essential groceries are ready for you in the refrigerator, beds are made upon your arrival, towels included. Washer and dryer available upon request. All mentioned extra's are included in the price.

Une masure de caractère, des arpents de verdure, un chouïa de zenitude, des hôtes bien sympatiques - tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour.
merveilleux sejour
septembre 2013, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante fermette restaurée avec goût avec des hôtes fort sympathiques qui connaissent le coin et les bonnes adresses, ne pas hésiter à rencontrer Caroline et Charles dans ce coin calme et réconfortant du Gers, belle région à découvrir.

When near Paris follow signs for Bordeaux/ Nantes. Follow these till you are on the A10. Now follow signs for Orleans, and stay on the A10 till Orleans. At the intersection of different highways keep following direction Orleans and Orleans Centre/Vierzon/Limoges, this is the A71. After 80 km/about 50 mi around Vierzon take direction Limoges/Toulouse, this is the A20. After 400 km./about 250 mi near Montauban leave freeway, take exit nr. 65, direction Agen/Auch. Go straight on the next 2 roundabouts taking direction Agen/Auch/Tarbes. After 700 m./1/2 mile turn left at traffic lights, direction Montech. This is the D928 which you will follow til Auch. In Auch take direction Tarbes, the N21. Across the water take a left, direction Mirande. Continue following sign Tarbes/Mirande, the N21. At Mirande, go left direction Tarbes, then take a left direction Berdoues, the D939. In Berdoues after little square at the Mairie (City hall), take a right. After about 500 m./¼ mi. at the intersection take a left. After 400 m./ ¼ mi. take a right, this is the third drive-way and you have arrived at Domaine A Marmande.
