It comprises the ground floor a kitchen area with dining area. The kitchen equipment includes: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer. South sideThis room opens onto a private garden (garden furniture and barbecue available).

Upstairs, a large living room with armchairs and sofa, TV and wifi, serves three bedrooms (bed 160 x 200 cm bed 140 x 190 cm, two 80 x 190 cm beds) and a bathroom water with sink, shower 90 x 90 cm, cabinets, two separate toilets.
