This "gîte" is situated in a rural hamlet of Baude 2km from Montreuil , 12 km from Fontenay the Comte and only 45km from la Faute sur mer and the beaches and 60 km from la Rochelle .This ancient farm of 130 m2 was completely renovated in 2002 with the concept to keep the architecture of the region and to create a very comfortable and warm country house. The fuel fired central heating allows the gîte to be opened all year long.
