The farmhouse was built between the 1740s and 1820. It consists of a farmhouse 40 m long south-facing. In front are the TitThe Swallows (conference room) and the studio of the Owl (recording studio).

All renovations were made based ecological materials and in compliance with the spirit of the original house. Exterior coatings are lime, sand and warm ocher color that contrasts beautifully with grass and plantings of 2500m² garden with swings and playground and private parking.

Our cottages are located in Québriac the heart of romantic Brittany, 30km from Rennes and St Malo. At the end of the locality, you can access the canal Ille et Rance for long bike rides or walking.
