Elegant and spacious with large rooms and high ceilings; all rooms are beautifully furnished and there is lots of space indoors and out doors. 5 large bedrooms plus baby cots and high chairs if required, 4 bathrooms and 5 reception rooms and kitchen including;

- an elegant formal salon,
- a TV room with SKY satelliteTV including sports, Hi Fi, DVD, ;
- an informal but lovely salon,
- conservatory,
- dining hall,
- very large and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridges and ice-maker, microwave, cooker, oven, and lots of chef's kitchen tools; pantry with washing machine.

Outside, the tennis court and heated pool are for your exclusive use; BBQs (gas and conventional) and lots of outdoor furniture and loungers (back and front). There is table tennis in the South East tower, boules in the courtyard and and table-football in the large kitchen area.

The excellent golf course at Chateau des Vigiers is a 12 minutes drive away. The Dordogne is nearby and the property is surrounded by vineyards and charming villages and markets. The towns of Ste Emillion and Bergerac are a short dive away and the Chateau is the perfect place from which to explore the region.
